Karim Haïdar

Renowned chef Karim Haïdar is noted for reinventing Lebanese cuisine and giving new life to forgotten recipes. Haïdar revitalised the award-winning restaurant Fakhreddine in London and was a founding partner of the Liza restaurant in Paris.
