Carlo Greppi

Carlo Greppi (1982) is an Italian writer and historian with a doctorate in Historical Studies from the University of Turin. He is the editor of the series ‘Fact Checking: History Under the Test of Facts’ and author of fourteen books, including Il Buon Tedesco (The Good German) and storie che non fanno la Storia (Stories That Don’t Make History). He has won numerous awards including the Fiuggi History Award 2021, the Giacomo Matteotti Award 2022 and The Italian Review Award 2023, and his work has been translated into six languages.
